Each year, businesses in Montgomery County are required to complete an annual recycle report.  For fiscal year 2021, Craig Pardini, Director of Infrastructure Operations, developed the concept of changing all of the lights at The Jane Salzano Center for Autism Headquarters to LED lights.  By doing this, CSAAC will significantly assist in waste reduction.  On average, there were over 100 tube fluorescent lights replaced annually that would be taken to the county dump.  Due to this initiative and other recycling efforts, Montgomery County gave CSAAC an Outstanding Efforts in Waste Reduction and Recycling Award.  This is the third award given to CSAAC due to Craig Pardini’s efforts.
